Lightsout Logistics holds comprehensive data for all of your customers. The Order Management module provides a means of entering and controlling orders at all stages from order entry to completion and invoicing. This information enables order progress to be monitored in detail and more importantly, enables alerts to be generated for any deviations from plan.

Tracking information may be either entered by a user, or alternatively be generated from SAT NAV or third parties such as Ferry Operators.

Completed Orders have their details passed to an invoicing module - Details of invoices are summarised in an appropriate file format for interface to your accounting system.
