The Trip Planning module of Lightsout Logistics uses a database of standard routes which is created dynamically as trips for previously used routes are used.

Lightsout Logistics takes account of vehicle availability and position together with trained driver availability when planning and allocating work.

Planned jobs are electronically presented to the planner for review, approval and action. Lightsout Logistics produces its own driver worksheets or sub-contractor hauliers worksheets. Insurance documentation is also automatically created as required.
